I would have absolutely owned one if not for the fact that they were only offered in a utomatic. Probably would have ended up in a Legacy GT if I absolutely had to have a new Subaru at that time .

Pristine SVX went for almost 9 grand on BAT the other day.

Good looking teal green one there... in a bit better condition than the Claret I used to have that was significantly sun damaged inside and out , but ran well.

I would SO love a pristine pearlie with a Legacy Spec.B 6-speed conversion and torsen rear diff, behind that gorgeously smooth EG33 flat-6 with a Stebro exhaust.

This is the way every 6-cylinder should sound... especially every inherently balanced and even-firing flat or inline 6.... like a V12 Symphony, but from an orchestra with fewer numbers.

Subaru SVX or a Porsche 996/986, 997/987, or 981... should sound like this.
